Pierce Florida Realty LLC is a consulting and full service Commercial and Residential Real Estate Brokerage company located in Orlando Florida providing professional advisory services to domestic and international businesses, investors and individuals for their Florida Real Estate needs.

After Gradating from Marshall University in Huntington West Virginia, Ken was commissioned as a Reserve Officer on active duty in the US Army. After four years on active duty, Ken worked in Economic Development for the State of West Virginia and the State of Florida before starting his next career in Commercial Real Estate. During the Global War on Terrorism, Ken was mobilized and served in various senior leadership positions on Active Duty in the US Army for several years eventually retiring from the US Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel. Ken Pierce is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida, State of West Virginia and the State of Georgia.
As a former official at the West Virginia Development Office, Ken opened and managed the West Virginia European Trade Office in Munich Germany. As the official representative of the State of West Virginia in Europe, he traveled extensively throughout West Virginia and Western Europe meeting with small and large multinational companies assisting them to expand and/or grow in West Virginia.
Ken was an Economic Development official for the State of Florida and was responsible for new business recruitment and existing business retention and expansion which involved building relationships in Northeast Florida and throughout North America but mainly California. Some of his clients included Intel, Daimler Chrysler, Jet Blue, Hewlett-Packard, SAIC and L3.
After 28 years of both active duty and reserve service in the US Army with two combat deployments to Iraq, Ken successfully transitioned twice from active duty. Once into Economic Development and then again into Commercial and Residential Real Estate.
Over twelve years of experience in the EB-5 visa program as the Director of the Orlando EB-5 Regional Center and a Principal of the West Virginia Regional Center. Ken manages the business development activities of the West Virginia Regional Center which includes EB-5 project development, project due diligence, marketing, sales, compliance and partner relationships.

Above all, the CCIM designation represents proven expertise in financial, market, investment analysis and negotiations.
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designees are REALTORS® who have undergone specialized training focused on conducting business in the international real estate arena. CIPS designation involves over 40 hours of culture and international real estate training and an application which required extensive international real estate experience.
Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist certification focuses on the knowledge and skill base that real estate professionals need to specialize in buying, selling, or managing second homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destination and properties for investment, development, or retirement. We live and work in the Vacation Capital of the World, Orlando Florida!
